Research Fee Details:

The research fee for our travel agent inquiry form is $50 (for individuals), $150 per couple (destination weddings) and $250 (for group travel with a maximum of five rooms). The fee covers the time and expertise of your travel agent in researching and preparing personalized travel itineraries and recommendations for you. The research fee is non-refundable and must be paid upfront when submitting the inquiry form.

Research Fee Deduction:

If you choose to book your travel arrangements through our agency, the research fee will be deducted from the total cost of your booking. The deduction will be made during the booking process, and you will be provided with a breakdown of the fees and costs involved. Please note that the research fee only covers the research and planning phase of your trip. Additional service fees or commissions may apply if you decide to proceed with booking your travel arrangements through our agency.

Inquiry Form Submission:

To initiate the research process, you will need to complete our travel agent inquiry form, providing us with detailed information about your travel requirements, preferences, and any specific requests you may have. The inquiry form can be accessed on our website or obtained by contacting your travel agent directly.

Research Process:

Once we receive your completed inquiry form and the research fee payment, your dedicated travel agent will begin researching and planning your trip. We will analyze your preferences, destination choices, budget considerations, and any other relevant factors to curate a personalized travel itinerary for you.

Travel Itinerary Presentation:

Within a specified timeframe 48 to 72 hours, we will provide you with a detailed travel itinerary that includes recommended flights, accommodations, activities, and other relevant information.

The travel itinerary will be presented to you via email or through a scheduled consultation, depending on your preference and our standard operating

procedures.
